- Prices quoted are per unit basis and excludes any delivery/postage charges. Discounts will be given for bulk orders of RM300 and above. Contact us for more information.
- All orders are checked prior to delivery. Replacement of item(s) with manufacturing defects is based on our discretion and according to severity of the defects, and only valid within 2 working days after receipt of item(s).
- Payment received / cleared into our banking accounts after 12 noon will be processed for posting within 1-2 business days via Poslaju. If you have a specific delivery date, please advise us when placing your order.

These items are individually re-wrapped when stock arrives to ensure optimum hygiene and cleanliness. Selected soft toys will be used for photography purposes by Velvet Team. Other than that, no customers / persons have touched the items.

Cancellation / Redirection
- 50% cancellation charge is applicable for all confirmed orders. All cancellations must be done at least 48 hours prior to delivery.
- RM15 surcharge will be imposed on redirection of orders.
